About Us

The Learning Hub is a creation of Ralph and Genevieve Gurr, both former teachers who have worked in education and events management for in excess of 75 years combined.

During that time they have taught thousands of students both locally and internationally, and created thousands of professional learning event experiences for people here in Perth and around the world, including in excess of 100 professional learning conferences in the education sector through their company Events WA.

It is often said that “once a teacher always a teacher”, and so we recognise the special importance of quality teaching and learning especially in the early childhood education sector.
